Ticket ordering process System outage

Automatically detected system outage.

  • An active server of our database cluster lost their network connection. The system automatically switched to a different server, but this caused an increased error rate for a few minutes (which is expected in these situations). Our team has identified the imminent cause why a server of our database cluster failed and brought it back online. We'll continue to look for the root cause tomorrow.

  • Our automatic monitoring has detected that the system is running correctly. We are still watching the system closely for any irregularities.

  • Our automatic monitoring has detected an outage. Our team has already been informed and is trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes to you.
