Ticket ordering process System outage

Full system outage (20 minutes)

  • From 11:47 to 12:07 (Berlin time), total time 20 minutes, our system was unavailable. Initial analysis suggests a hardware failure in our database cluster to be the cause. The hardware failure was only partial, with the faulty server still being reachable, just taking a very long time for all responses, which is why the automatic failover did not kick in right away. Our technician has forced a failover to a different database server around 12:02 and the system recovered. We will continue to analyze this issue and monitor the system cloesly. We depply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused on your end.
