Main web service System available

A reboot of the problematic server did not help, we therefore now filed a ticket with our datacenter provider. However, in the meantime the packet loss has dropped back down from 80% to around 1%, so it appears to be mitigated. We'll continue watching the situation. So far, pretix was reachable all the time during the incident and we stay optimistic that this will continue.
