Ticket ordering process Still some congestion in the system

We identified the root cause of the congestion in our task queue and are working on a permanent fix. Unfortunately, a quick recovery required us to flush the task queue, which means that any webhooks or email notifications sent between 04:00 today and 11:45 today (UTC+1) might be lost and some tasks might still be delayed. We'll follow up with a detailed blog post.
