We are aware of an issue impacting the sale of tickets through the pretix reseller interface.
Upon completion of the sale, an internal server error is displayed, but no access to ticket is possible.
In the same manner, access to tickets purchased through the reseller interface is not possible: Neither directly through the reseller interface or the direct ticket-link (if an email-address has been provided).
However: All placed orders are stored in the system and will not be lost.
We are investigating the issue and working on a solution for this problem.
