Main web service Scheduled Maintenance

Dear pretix.eu customers and partners,

for the first time in close to two years, we need to do some maintenance work around pretix Hosted that requires us to disable access to the system in the meantime.

We're doing this to upgrade our database cluster to a new version and to restructure our network. These changes will ensure that our system stays secure and stable for the forseeeable future, and they will enable us to extend system capacities a little to accommodate our recent growth.

We therefore want to announce that pretix will be offline for planned maintenance starting from

Sunday, 2020-02-16, 22:00:00 UTC

We are announcing the maintenance window to take 3-4 hours, although we of course try to make it shorter if possible.

We've checked and it looks like no events on the system are running their check-in at that time. If you do, we kindly ask you to make sure that your check-in devices are synchronized beforehand and turned to offline scanning mode. To be safe, we recommend also to print out a check-in list on paper.
